Abstract

This paper is to assert the idea of switching Urban Designing Principles from a
Mono-Functional and Aesthetic-Oriented Planning to a more Sophisticated Human–Oriented
one. In fact in modern cities too much attention is given to how the Physical Form of a city
alters over time and variant cities compare to each other. However in this era of peak oil,
climate change and urban growth in the face of diminishing natural habitats, the abundance of
theoretical solutions is retrievable although a debatable urban decision to accomplish this
major opinion of sustainability has not been implemented yet.
